Dr. Ravi Kirbat

Clinical Director

Dr. Kirbat has worked as the attending psychiatrist at several clinics in Washtenaw and Lenawee counties (inpatient and outpatient services) since 2000. These positions have included work at Herrick Hospital (Tecumseh, MI) and Allegiance Hospital (Jackson, MI). He is currently a Forensic Staff Psychiatrist at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry – a State of Michigan psychiatric facility (Milan, MI). Dr. Kirbat's clinical interests are Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Post-partum Depression. He works with patients 18 years and older.  In addition, he is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Medical School: Medical School Degree from Maulana Azad Medical College-Delhi, India (1994)

Post Graduate Training: Residency in Adult Psychiatry from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor (1999) Forensic Certification from the Center for Forensic Psychiatry-Milan, MI (2009)

Certification: American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. 

Dr. Moina Hassan (not accepting new patients)

Dr. Hassan has 16 years of experience in the field of Pediatric Psychiatry. Diagnostic assessment and psychopharmacology are her main areas of interest. Patient education is a strong component of her practicing style with an emphasis on care coordination with other health care providers. She works with patients as young as 6 years old.

Medical School: Graduated in 1989 from Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center, Karachi, Pakistan.

Post Graduate Training: Dr. Hassan completed post graduate fellowship in Pediatric Psychiatry at university of Michigan in 1997. She completed residency in General Psychiatry at Henry Ford Hospital in 1995.

Certification: Diplomat of American board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

 

Dr. Maureen Noble

Dr. Maureen Noble, MD is a general adult psychiatrist who joined the Center for Family Psychiatry in 2007. Dr. Noble provides diagnostic clarification and psychiatric medication management to adults ages 18-80, and is available to see patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She also provides psychiatric services through the Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority in Adrian, MI.

Medical School: Graduated in 1993 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine.

 

Post Graduate Training: She completed her residency in general adult psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinics in 1997, where she also served as Chief Resident.

Certification: Dr. Noble earned her initial Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry in 1998, with re-certification in 2008.

 

Dr. Martha Hashimoto

Dr. Martha Hashimoto is a skilled psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in child psychiatry.

Medical School: Graduated in 1993 from Wayne State University School of Medicine

Post Graduate Training: Dr. Hashimoto completed her residency from the University of Michigan. Additionally, she completed a post graduate fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at University of Michigan.


Certification: Dr. Hashimoto has an American Board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
